With a background in engineering and training & development as a certified NLP Practitioner, he brings a practical and structured approach to handling difficult people.
Since 2006, he has conducted workshops using real-life scenarios, simulations, and role-playing exercises to help participants understand behaviours objectively, manage emotions, and make win-win decisions.
Participants also receive one month of ongoing support after the training to ensure effective application of the techniques learned.
